External Eaves, Before:
The Eaves were washed with sugar soap and water to remove mould/water stains and spot sealed, and top-coated with lexicon quater, which is an off white which hides external weathering.

The Eaves were washed with sugar soap and water to remove mould/water stains and spot sealed, and top-coated with lexicon quater, which is an off white which hides external weathering. In this picture the paint is still drying, and the panel was repaired and gapped so it was not hanging down as in the before picture.
